Reservations: Guests can begin making reservations several ways, either by calling 704-790-7000 and asking to make a reservation in Fashion Show Block, or by going online at Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport Hotel and using GROUP/CONVENTION code FSS, or via the personalized booking link below.

**Parking validation code: MAR25** Please see the front desk agent for assistance. A code is only required for overnight parking; if you are only driving in for the show, it is not needed.
 
Airport Shuttle instructions: Our complimentary airport shuttle runs 24/7 when the attendees land they will go to ZONE ONE (blue color pillars will say shuttle bus) right outside of baggage claim and call us at 704-790-7000 to come pick them up.
